*Interview mode: Phone or Skype* *Note: eCommerce is a MUST, and if they’ve done refactoring in the past, it’s a HUGE plus.* *As a member of the development team for a leading, large-scale E-Commerce web application you will design, code, and unit test new features and modifications. * You will implement projects in a timely manner, in conformance with coding standards and in compliance with defined specifications. A key function of this role is to communicate effectively with people in a distributed work environment, including flushing out loosely defined requirements. What we would like to see most of all is someone with the right attitude and the aptitude to learn.
