Start Date : Next 2 weekes



Here are a few more specifics

1.      Create two teams (3 people each)

2.      Everyone is a coder

3.      One lead within each team – POC for their questions - performs code
reviews of the team prior to moving anything to QA

4.      Other two team members can be of varying levels (Jr – Mid – Sr)

5.      Work on-site at geoAMPS.

6.      Exclusivity to the company that can make this happen as quickly as
possible

7.      Still go through the interview process to make sure we agree on the
candidates

8.      If we don’t like one team member anytime during the engagement – we
let them go and you find a replacement asap.

other skills as long as they have VB and user controls.  We want to get as
close as we can.



only those that have the following ASP.NET skill sets in the past few(2-5)
years in commercial products – have built them and used them extensively –
rank their skill sets (1-10) on each

1.      VB.NET, ASP.NET

2.      SQL development – developers do a lot in stored procedures too

3.      user controls (nested user controls a plus)

4.      Dynamic controls

5.      Page events & page performance

6.      3rd party tool kits (telerik is our current tool set)

7.      Experience in developing ‘configurable’ applications
