*Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com> * Job Title: Dynamic CRM Developer Location: NYC Duration: 6 Months Direct Client Position in person Interview Senior CRM Developer (Programmer Analyst III) Responsibilities: Lead the collaboration with business owners/stakeholders to understand the business needs, processes, and data sources for large, complex projects; create and translate business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed/functional and technical requirements Spearhead the prioritization, solution assessment and validation of requirements with the business and project teams Develop supporting analysis documentation including: data dictionaries, process and data flows, business rules, and use cases Apply her/his Dynamics CRM skills to identify the best solution to deliver the business needs, and help estimate the overall implementation effort Lead the logical / functional design of the system Identify and document opportunities to leverage design and development components across various processes Deliverables: All documentation regarding system design Requirements Documents Detailed Configuration Documents Data-flow Diagram Integration Diagrams Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team Mandatory Skill/Expertise At least 8 years of hands-on experience with requirements analysis & design of a Microsoft Dynamics-based system involving workflow management, business rules, document management, reporting & web services In-depth knowledge of the feature set and product capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and/or 2013 (2013 preferred), including standard functionality, configuration and customization features, mobile and social media support Understanding of hosting & deployment options for Dynamics-based implementations (server configuration, Azure, CRM Online, cloud-based, etc.) Hands-on experience documenting functional requirements, process workflows, and use cases Good knowledge of Visio and MS Office At least 8 years of experience on technical project teams Ability to produce technical documentation; Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques; Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources; Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project; Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
