*Hopkins, MN.* This Windows Server Engineer position will be a great match for a candidate with the following skills: 5+ years of Windows Server technical experience in an enterprise environment. Experience designing and implementing complex Windows Solutions. Familiarity in a global enterprise with: Windows 2003 & 2008 Server OS VMware Citrix Dell Hardware Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently. Effectively participate in a virtual, globally, diverse, distributed team. Broad understanding of how technology impacts business Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English and cultural awareness Strong problem-solving / customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems in most components of the technology structure. Technical support experience in an enterprise networked (LAN/WAN) environment. Ability to quickly cut through issues and choose best solutions and course of action. Demonstrated project leadership ability.
