We are looking for technical consultant to support IT Service Management
program and overall operations.
Job Requirements:
- Hands on development experience in Service, Content Management,
JavaScript, CMDB ,Asset Management, Runbook automation, Discovery, Java,
J2EE , JSP, HTML, XML, JSON,Web Services, SOAP, REST ,MySQL, Oracle
databases.
- Hands on experience in integration with external applications, Oracle
identity management SSO, LDAP,SSCM, Active Directory (AD) and using third
part API’s.
- *Experience with Service Now CMDB and Discovery*
- Building custom portals using content management.
- Hands on experience of implementing different applications like
Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service-Catalog
management, Service level management, Release and Deployment management,
SDLC, Procurement, Demand management, Procurement management and many other
Service-Now related applications.
- *Good understanding of Amazon web services development*
- Good knowledge on ITIL V3 & SDLC Processes.
- Good understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service), On-Demand ITSM (IT
Service Management) & Cloud applications, Custom APIs.
- JBuilder, UML (Unified Modeling Language), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft
Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat.
