An attitude to do whatever it takes to get the project done and deliver by project deadlines. Project Testing Activities (60%) • 5+ years of professional Software Quality Assurance Experience on using various Manual testing tools with hands on experience on SQL and UNIX. • Hands on Experience on the tools JIRA, Spira Test and Quality Center. • Expertise in reviewing requirements, Functional design and other project specific technical documentation and convert those to test conditions. • Solid experience in developing, reviewing, executing, and maintaining Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Evaluation Summaries • Experience in tracking test coverage and providing Metrics to the management. • Experience in documenting Defects with high level of detail, accuracy, and informative recreation steps. • Expertise in Software Verification, Validation techniques and Testing Methodologies. • Strong understanding of QA Principles, QA Process, Use Cases and Software Development Life Cycle models (SDLC). • Identify risks and provide mitigation plan. Escalate issues on timely manner to management. Onsite- Offshore Coordination (40 %): • Strong communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to communicate with Client and business users, understand their needs and document them. Ability to convey the need of the business back to the delivery team via the call/ documentation created. Ability to convey back to the business users the risks and mitigation plan on the proposed approach. • Represent the offshore team in any call/ meetings with business Users, Development team, Store process team.
