I am Looking For *Retail Ops Functional Analyst *at *Seattle, WA.*

*Title**: Retail Ops Functional Analyst*
*Location**: Seattle, WA*
*Duration**: 6+ Months*
*Start Date**: ASAP*

*Job Description:*

   - Developing a comprehensive understanding of the business and systems
   environment through research and analysis – becoming a functional SME
   - Defining and documenting functional (FRD) and system requirements (SRD)
   - Creating data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, UI design,
   and data models
   - Leading design sessions through interviews, JAD sessions, or other
   techniques as the environment may require
   - Authoring use cases and user stories
   - Driving design review and sign off with stakeholders, technical
   subject matter experts, and management
   - Resolving functional gaps and managing change requests
   - Identifying and communicating risks and issues to management
   - Engaging in team discussions and helping others when possible
   - Contributing content to training and technical support documentation
   - Contributing to test requirements and representing assigned
   requirements/functionality throughout testing lifecycle


*Required Qualifications*

   - 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst designing functional
   specifications for enterprise applications
   - 4-year degree in Business, MIS, or 7+ years of related job experience
   - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
   - Experience working on projects managed with an Agile Scrum delivery
   methodology
   - Ability to resolve conflicting requirements and achieve consensus
   - Proven ability to deliver clear, accurate and timely Functional
   Requirements and Application Designs
   - Proficiency with MS Office Tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access,
   Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
   - Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and
   technical audiences
   - Ability to organize workload, multitask, think analytically, solve
   technical problems while building relationships with business and IT
   project members
   - Must be a self-starter showing a high level of initiative and positive
   "can do" attitude
