*Location; Augusta, ME* *Duration: 3+ months* *Rate: $30/h on C2C (Max)* **Scanned copy of work authorization is a must* This position will require someone to be at an intermediate level Administrator working with end users and team members to apply security patches, meet SLA (service level agreements) requirements for the Network Support group and track their calls via RT request Tracker - ticketing system. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be a self starter (no hand holding) and can manage a que of system support calls. They will be transitioning from Novell to Active Directory so a good understand of migration projects - able to reconfigure servers for standardization (Netware to Unix). Able to research issues if they don't know the answer. Flexible with their schedule where if the work is urgent and needs to be completed, it has to be done that same day. May have to work some nights to do Server updates and maintenance. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Windows, Linux, and Netware Server Administration. Microsoft Active Directory Administration & Monitoring. Novell eDirectory Administration. Creating / Modifying Server & Service Documentation & Inventory. OS: SUSE, CENT and Debian Linux. Microsoft Windows and Novell Netware.
