Works in conjunction with business strategies program leaders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to business objectives. · Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Supports pilot projects and internal case studies for trial usage improvement methods or approaches. Communicates team progress to all levels in the organization. · Works with management to align projects to strategy.
