Job Description:·         Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring
and creating financial models for decision support Improve financial status
by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends;
recommending actions to management.
·         Analyze business processes to understand possible Revenue Leakage
opportunities.
·         Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual
results with plans and forecasts.
·         Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing
policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining
processes and techniques; recommending actions.
·         Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making
comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
·         Increases productivity by developing automated
reporting/forecasting tools.
·         Market research, data mining, business intelligence, and
valuation comps
·         Serves as an information solution liaison across organizations
for process improvement, business processes and systems integration. Works
in conjunction with business strategies program leaders to provide desired
re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering
initiatives to business objectives.
·         Delivers presentations and training courses including
measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses. Surveys and
analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Supports pilot
projects and internal case studies for trial usage improvement methods or
approaches. Communicates team progress to all levels in the organization.
·         Works with management to align projects to strategy. Assesses the
degree of risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to
achieve the desired future state.
·         Acts as re-engineering consultant to other transformation teams
in methods, techniques, and tools to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
·         Ensure critical processes are documented and managed end-to-end
with responsibility in such a way as to ensure cross-functional management
of those processes.
·         Ensure Business requirements are clearly understood and defined.
·         Ensure measures of inputs, process activities and outputs are
meaningful and have line of sight to desired business outcomes - review all
proposed process enhancements.
·         Ensure process design/redesign and process improvements are
effectively used to constantly improve business performance through the
cohesive use of selected structured tool sets.
·         Design and implement the target operating model (TOM) and
Benchmark the finance function

*Skills & qualifications required*
·         Must have strong analytical ( quantitative as well as
qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on
line market research.

·         Demonstrated financial acumen and data analysis capability;
experience in developing data driven conclusions and recommendations
·         Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion
to learn and grow.
·         Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and
models Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data
query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business
Objects)
·         Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and
be comfortable interacting with executive-level management Strong financial
modeling experience
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics MBA-Information
System
