Strong experience designing complex Citrix infrastructure for a user community up to 10k 2. Proficient in day-to-day operational support; troubleshooting all Citrix components from hypervisor to end point 3. In-depth knowledge of Citrix solutions including, but not limited to; XenServer, XenDesktop, XenApp, XenClient, Storefront/Web Interface 4. Understanding of developing design standards and virtual solutions for use cases including but not limited to; remote workers, call center, regional sites 5. Experience deploying both persistent and non-persistent desktops and applications 6. Overall understanding of virtual licensing, compliance and monitoring 7. Basic knowledge of Cisco UCS blade infrastructure, NetScaler configuration and CloudBridge 8. Participate in the design, development and deployment of virtual environments to address business needs if clients; work directly with the overall management of the virtual infrastructure including administration and performance management. 9. Ability to work collaboratively as a team w/other Technologists to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well. 10. Perform diagnostics on system operations to identify problems and trends, verify network performance, and identify potential user requirements. 11. Experience supporting a large enterprise infrastructure. 12.
