Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Mounds View, MN Duration: 4+ Months *Must Have:Business Objects ReportingSales and Inventory* Candidate & Write-Up Criteria: REQUIRED: Experience working on data and reporting projects – good overall BI experience/knowledge. Basic understanding of Relational data base concepts. REQUIRED: Hands on experience with Business Objects reporting REQUIRED: Understanding of Sales and Inventory data and processes preferable on SAP NICE TO HAVE: Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience/exposure. Candidate Qualifications/Requirements: 7+ years of experience Strong analysis skills Strong understanding of Sales Order and Inventory Management processes and related data structures in SAP. Strong experience working in BI , Middleware and Business Objects reporting. Nice to have experience on Salesforce.com. Ability to take the initiative and to work independently. Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions. Experience working in a team-based environment and being accountable on both individual and team-based assignments.
