The audience will be enterprise level of leadership and core business units. This individual will be responsible for designing the mock ups and drill reports and help design the BI story board process for users. This will be for all BI objects of dashboards, narrowcast reports, ad hoc drill and exception reports. Using Microstrategy with Teradata as the data source, the qualified candidates will work with this tool to prove out the design and create the high level specification. A successful candidate will have worked with Microstrategy to create all forms of dashboards and VI within the 9.31 framework. This should be someone with 5-10 years of experience using Microstrategy and 1-2 years of dashboarding experience. It would be a huge plus if this person has experience in the retail business segment. *Technical Skills* *Skill Level* Business Process Maps Highly Skilled MSTR Report Dev Highly Skilled Teradata Highly Skilled MSTR Geographic Maps Dev Adequate *General Skills* Communication Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate with all areas (IT, Business, Leadership, etc.) to gather and document requirements, manage project level documentation, issues lists, project requirements, etc. Highly Motivated Must have drive to be successful and to make Meijer successful.
