Job Title: Core Java Developer Location: Farmington Hills, MI Duration: 6+ Months *Direct Client Need - Core Java Developer - Farmington Hills, MI - 6+ Months* *Skills:Java, JSP, HTML, PLSQL, webservices* Detailed Job Description: Core Java – Should be well versed in the core Java concepts. Should have worked on Java in a development environment. JSP/HTML/Javascript – Should have a good understanding of JSP and Java script. Should be able to work on front end client side scripting to add/modify as per the requirements. PL/SQL – Should have worked on PL/SQL queries. Should be able to write complex Queries involving Joins, stored procedure etc. Understanding of Performance improvement techniques for Database objects Unix – Must have experience working on Unix OS. .Net – Should have basic understanding of .Net. Should be able to study & append/modify the existing code. Web services – Should have knowledge to create & invoke web service BPM tool – preferable to have any other BPM tool exp Production Support – preferable to have exp in managing production support Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
