They are really looking for someone with strong SSO because they have an application in Production (on Wintel) that they are supporting and if there are any issues on the SSO front they need someone who can tackle it without having to do a lot of research and guesswork. Hence, they have rejected some earlier candidates because the person had simply installed SSO or been peripherally involved. What they want is someone who can take and issue, pinpoint the problem, and get it resolved immediately so that they don’t have major Production disruptions.
