I have an exclusive requirement from CitiCard for a SAS Programmer
Analyst. Please review the requirement listed below and send me your top
candidate. *Candidates must be local to Elk Grove, Illinois in order to be

excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Client: CitiCard
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Elk Grove, Illinois
Rate: Open (must meet all of the requirements listed)
*Requirements:*
- Strong analytical skills as well as strong written and verbal
communication skills
- Base SAS 9.1 or greater
- SAS Macros
- Proc SQL
- SAS ODS
- Extensive SAS reporting experience
- Strong mainframe knowledge with SAS Mainframe, extensive data
manipulation experience
- Knowledge of mainframe JCL and NDM
- Unix Scripting
- Accessing Teradata via SAS
- Good Unix knowledge
- Must have the ability to organize/analyze multiple data sources and
events into a cohesive result
- Ability to adapt to project scope changes
- Ability to deliver an aggressive deadlines
*Nice to Have:*
- Experience in the Credit Card or related industry is a definite plus
- A working knowledge of basic statistics
