Position: *SAP HR Solution Architect *Location:*NJ* Duration:*12 Months+* Job Description: Must have at least 10 years of experience with depth in configuring SAP HR and its various sub modules. Should have hands on experience with various integration points. Strong working exp on ECC 6.0, 5 full life cycle implementation exp. Expertise on Personnel Administration, Organization Management & ESS/MSS modules with workflows. Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Demonstrate superior problem solving and analytical skills, highly customer focused and commitment to understanding and learning client businesses Ability to resolve conflicts and gain consensus through mediation and collaboration Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts clearly, verbally and written, to technical and non-technical audiences Working experience with Remedy, Mercury and Quality Center is a plus. Position:*SAP HR Production Support Consultant* Duration:*12 Months+* Location:*NJ* Job Description: Must have experience as an integral team member on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with SAP HR in a functional role. Must have at least 5 years of experience with depth in configuring SAP HR. Knowledge and experience implementing SAP PA, OM and ESS/MSS. Knowledge of workflow is a plus. Experience in the development of project documentation including configuration documentation and functional design specifications, interface data mapping documents etc. Working experience with Remedy, Mercury and Quality Center is a plus.
