Industry: Public Sector-HHS Position: Business Analyst Location: Madison, WI Duration: 3+ Months The candidate must have an Public Sector Project / State Project Experience in Health & Human Services. ROLE: Business Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES: The Department of Health Services is developing a strategic plan to-be vision and HIT roadmap. The business analyst will be responsible for documenting outcomes committee meetings, supporting Medicaid committee members, conducting market research, and participating in governance, financial, and architecture strategic visioning sessions. The analyst may also need to develop meeting agendas and document meeting notes, actions and issues that result from workgroup meetings. It's possible the analyst may also be required to facilitate selected workgroup meetings. Finally, the analyst will provide support in the documentation of the health information technology strategic plan to-be vision and HIT roadmap. We are looking for someone who has experience documenting strategic visioning, market research & analysis, and system change orders. . Must have experience working directly with clients. . Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Medicaid experience preferred but not required. .
