Position: Project Manager (SharePoint) Duration: 8 months Location: Waukegan, IL Start: ASAP Interview: F2F/Phone Rate: $50-55/hr all inc. Minimum Experience Required: § Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure or enterprise services or systems design § 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity § Minimum 2 years of experience project managing large enterprise Microsoft SharePoint Server deployments § Experience with driving efforts for the purpose of architecting, implementing and maintaining an enterprise SharePoint environment for internal and extranet opportunities § Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Project Manager will leverage SharePoint expertise in order to deliver SharePoint Infrastructure projects according to defined plans and will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. § Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. § Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. § Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. § Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using Microsoft Project and other tools. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. § Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. § Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. § Develop and deliver dashboard reports, Technical Statements of Work, and presentations as needed. § Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
