Position: QA Testers for an RFP Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6 months Job Description: The FT Lead will be required to: . Manage all aspects of Functional Testing including but not limited to scheduling, test data conditioning, test case design and development, test execution (smoke, system, integrated, regression (under certain circumstances) and beta), defect logging and management, test design maintenance, and reporting. . Lead, coordinate and conduct testing activities, write and execute test plans, project plans, and test cases, ensuring conformance with testing standards. Lead and direct a team of testers reporting to the management team. . Demonstrate experience with the tools and technical aspects of FT. The Test Lead must have the ability to demonstrated knowledge/experience utilizing specific test tools to include QuickTest Pro and Quality Center. . Lead projects of significant technical complexity ensuring all areas of responsibility are thoroughly tested, coordinate, capture and drive functional requirements and optimization activities. . Develop test scenarios and scripts from business and system requirements, use cases and interviewing development and business project resources. Will perform test execution. The candidate will have to describe: 1. Describe your FT experience with systems / applications utilizing: s an ASP.NET and SOAP extension architecture s a Single Sign On / Multi-Factor Authentication framework s a mature Service-Oriented Architecture s Oracle Weblogic portal 2. Describe your experience with the following tools: HP QTP and QualityCenter, Parasoft SOA test.
