Experience creating business services in OSB. . Ability to develop composit Applications in SOA. Must be hands on. . Ability to create BPEL processes. . BAM expertise . Ability to configure SOA Suite including error handling . Ability to analyze BPEL code and recommend/implement improvements. . Must have good consulting skills to recommend improvements on Amex' implementation of SOA and BPEL. . This is more of a Developer position than a high level architect type. Must be hands on. . Remote may be an option depending on candidate but don't count on it!!!
