· The Business Analyst Lead performs analysis and design of business
systems.
· These will be projects of diverse scope with minimal or no
supervision.
· Acting as the liaison between the client, stakeholders, development
team and technical analysts, the BA is responsible for the logical
design of business processes and systems that satisfy customer
requirements.
· The BA remains involved throughout a project's lifecycle and is
accountable that project deliverables satisfy the goals and expectations
of the business*.*
*Mandatory Skills:*
· Must have 4-5 years of experience with Oracle’s Demantra Forecasting
Tool.
· Candidate needs to have strong Functional knowledge of Demantra and
how it works and relates to how the Business can and should
be forecasting their material requirements.
· Individual needs to posses Demantra technical skills to troubleshoot
forecast results as well as inquiry Oracle Tables.
· There is a need to understand the unique Oracle Table Structures and
Data Relationships. The individual will need to be familiar with
the Super User Demantra tool set for managing the configurations, user
setup, etc.
· The person will work closely with business users on issues, tuning
events and continuous improvement activities.
· Written and oral communication skills are very critical to being
successful in this position.
· It is desired that the individual has a solid understanding of the
automotive industry and/or aftermarket for service parts operations.
