Developers for ATM application
Role Description:
As an Application Developer on the eATM Development Team, you will be
part of the team responsible for design, build and testing of the ATM
user interface. This highly visible, customer-facing application
demands robustness, performance, and stability. You must work well in
a collaborative, goal-oriented environment with not only your own
team, but other teams within the Bank, as well as our external
hardware vendors to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Skill Description:
Minimum requirements include a solid knowledge of both C++ and Java as
evidenced by several years of experience using both languages. Other
relevant skills for this position include knowledge of ClearCase,
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VBScript. A degree in Computer Science or
other technology-related discipline is preferred but not required.
Role Description:
This position will provide technical support to the ATM fleet and
related environments. Duties will include, but are not limited to,
ATM issue investigation and resolution utilizing a variety of remote
diagnostic tools, as well as providing support for our ATM simulator
solution. Additionally, this position will support activities in our
test labs by performing a variety of technical functions including
installing software, configuring ATMs, performing basic hardware and
software troubleshooting, and ensuring proper configuration of the
environment.
Skill Description:
This position requires strong technical abilities as evidenced by one
to three years experience supporting ATMs or Windows XP-based
desktops. You must work well in a collaborative, goal-oriented
environment with not only your own team, but other teams within the
Bank, as well as our external hardware vendors to deliver high-quality
software solutions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of a
variety of technology disciplines including Windows OS internals,
Windows batch or VB Scripting, TCP/IP communications, and Software
Development Life Cycle methodologies.
