This tool also allows tracking sales versus quota by month, commissions paid, draws paid, and other special incentives on both on-line and spreadsheet formats. We have some very long running Oracle queries that we are going to replace with a COGNOS reporting structure. This position will be mainly responsible for this effort. Strong JAVA and communication skills are needed as well as a person who is willing to stand by their commitments and work in an environment that can be stressful for short periods of time.
