Skills Required: Expert hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX as well as other user interface development/debugging tools. Excellent programming, debugging, testing and troubleshooting skills. Working experience in Java development environment is a plus. Working knowledge of JSPs, Servlets and HTTP protocol is a plus. Understanding of any MVC Framework (such as spring or struts). Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and knowledge of SQL and RDBMS tools. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
