Position: Pega Architect (1) and Pega Sys Admin (1) Location: NY, NY Length: 6+ months Start: ASAP Interview : phone Rate : Open - all inclusive Process Designer / Application Architect o The Senior System Architect (SSA) is responsible for providing high quality consulting services on all project assignments and work within a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements. o Develop high quality deliverables across all project phases (Scope through UAT support). o Ensures delivered work products meet and perform to technical and functional requirements. Complete work in time / effort budget. Provide proactive update to Engagement Leader if timelines or effort estimate are in jeopardy. o Responsible for creating PRPC workflows, Designing the Interfaces, services, Decision model, UI experience, Security, reusable PRPC components. Knowledge of DCO. o Provides regular updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues. o Lead a sub set of a team and mentor / QA the work of less experienced team members. o Software Delivery Lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment; Experience in various delivery models and methods in particular Agile development/ delivery model -Integration Architecture: Messaging, queuing, transaction management, rollback/transactional boundaries, error handling, complex schema negotiation/review PRPC Sys Admin o Working with the technical lead to define the infrastructure requirements & deployment architecture. o Management and support of the various environment. o System performance tuning. Understanding of various performance diagnostic tools -Release deployment and product packaging. Liaising with Pega Support for necessary updates and Hot fix installs. o Maintain the backend jobs and services for the PRPC server. o Manage PRPC security, SSO etc. o Rule parsing and skimming.
