Duration: 24 Months Contract *Rate: $45/hr On C2C MAX.* *Discription:* We need a Business Analyst that can read cobol code to come in and read the old business rules then write functional specs into .net. The plan is to build a large team that will be a cutting edge environment including GIS, BI, and mobile technology. *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* * Excellent writing skills * Excellent communication and listening skills * Attention to detail * 7+ years of business analysis experience * 4+ years of test script development * Very experienced in use case design/development with focus on the developer * Good understanding of N-tiers architecture and web applications * UML * Proficient in Microsoft tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio) * Proficient in reading, understanding, and extrapolating information from COBOL programs Desired skills * Model View Controller (MVC) * HP Quality Center. *PROJECT:* We are assisting this client in re-writing a major application in order to upgrade both the business functions and the technology of the application. The development platform will be .Net and SQL Server with utilization of business intelligence and mobile technology. *RESPONSIBILITY:* To assist in gathering of information for detailed requirements and in the development of use cases.
