Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 a plus), automated testing tools, and reporting software. Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts. Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with automated testing tools Excellent PC skills Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures. Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Keen attention to detail. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Work Conditions: Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines. Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components. Participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Some travel may be required for the purpose of off-site software and system applications testing and or training.
