*JAVA consultant *Location Beaverton, OR Duration 1+ year Job Description As our Senior BSA within the client Digital Solutions team, you will bring a proven track record of your ability to elicit, elaborate and define solution requirements – both business and technical – to ensure successful project delivery. In delivering best-in-class digital experiences for client’s consumers, your recent and relevant experience working on digital, consumer-facing projects is highly valued. To be considered, you'll also bring the following traits: Success in designing and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions for multi-tier applications and digital experiences, including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, customer and user ethnography, task and workflow analysis Adaptability in determining appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards Successfully elicit from appropriate suppliers all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical) Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months) Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment Motivated, self-starter with excellent collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills. Someone who can work across a matrix organization to collect the necessary project requirements Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes Experience in Lean process improvement efforts A consultancy approach to your work Commitment to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Experience coordinate User Acceptance Testing with core business stakeholders Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working for and/or with digital/interactive design agencies is a big plus Qualifications Skills: (Please specify # of years required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field required, 4 or more years documenting business and technical requirements use cases and/or AGILE ‘stories’.
