To perform knowledge transfer to key users. To perform system testing and testing of new developments & improvements. To participate in the successful roll-out of the SAP core model. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: As part of the SAP support team, must fully understand and adhere to the core model to enable users to fully use the SAP processes, reports and functionalities. Key expert on their SAP area & actively assist in the testing and implementation of agreed improvements and developments within the core model. Ensure all SAP processes are fully documented and kept up to date. Help successfully implement SAP at future sites in line with the sector SAP roll-out program and agreed timings and budgets. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Expert knowledge of their SAP area with minimum 5 years working as SAP functional expert. Experienced with conversions and conversion strategies, configuration, LSMW, conducting workshops, training key users, and on-site support Strong SAP and business experience, including experience in operating in a multi-site manufacturing organisation and full life cycle experience of implementing SAP. Full life cycle experience of implementing SAP Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions and direction at all levels of the organisation. Ability to understand and handle complex business situations. High adaptability. Autonomy to build skills on the core model and to organize his/her own work to meet the deadlines Ability to work effectively across SAP functional areas.
