Job Title: Business Analyst - Hoffman Estates, IL - 6+ months Job Description: 4C IT Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Hoffman Estates, IL for a long term assignment.
Experience * Knowledge of systems analysis, logic diagramming, testing methodology, system software, hardware computer operations and documentation standards. * Previous retail experience desirable. * Experience working closely with Executive Management desirable * Management or senior level experience desirable JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Works as project lead for various projects, assembling cross-functional project team, managing meetings, tracking tasks and progress, resolving development issues during project process to ensure timely implementation. Performs project follow-up as required. * Analyzes existing processes, using industry standards, identifying potentials for improvement and charting progress during improvement phase. * Performs systems design for system projects, working with Information Technology staff, clients and vendors. * Tracks all system project requests. Obtains request justification and system estimates working with client and corresponding team leader. * Develops and delivers presentations to company management for various system projects The Business Analyst would facilitate meetings, discussions, etc and document the requirements. Responsible for getting the requirements approved by management, review the requirements with the development team and help capture any missing requirements. The BA will also participate and organize User Acceptance Testing sessions.
