*Essential Functions * · Manage Planning support analysts globally, communicate with users, and provide best practice solutions · Maintain and support Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications including managing system security, data processing, and troubleshooting user issues including Smart View *Main Responsibilities* · Support budgeting and forecasting processes while working closely with FP&A finance teams to ensure timely budget/forecast submission and reporting · Maintain metadata changes and mapping tables between all financial systems as needed and communicate changes to global users and management · Create Company standard reports using FR report writer. · Provide guidance to other Planning Support colleagues. · Take responsibility and ownership for query/problem/issue resolution, process improvement and fixing the root cause of problems in the application support processes · Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the teams overall objectives · Meet performance objectives relating to turnaround times on problem resolution · Identify problem areas in regards to processes and work with the team to generate solutions and escalate to management as appropriate · Manage downtime expectation and communicate to users · Work collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers · Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams · Assist when necessary with other support team within FIS -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
