Duration : 9 Months Job Description:* * Monitor and assist with end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects at the site * Act as IT focal point for application demand and infrastructure consumer demand management * Balance global standards with local site specific needs * Develop proposals for business process improvements and changes for the site DEMAND * Escalation point for service delivery issues * Business liaison for Business Continuity and on-going requirements for Disaster Recovery * Manages site consumer and management expectations around service delivery * Monitors local onsite third party contract services SLA performance * Execute actions to meet infrastructure and support demand targets. *ANALYSIS:* * Assist with the development of business requirements and functional specifications to support both capital projects and other demands * Liaison with turnaround planner for delivery of IT services * Exploitation of current portfolio, squeeze out the benefits * Look for opportunities to rationalize & reduce license costs * Assist the Site BSM with the work to determine requirements for service level agreements with the business PROJECTS * Serve as site focal point for projects to provide local infrastructure and application knowledge - Help the BSM with the preparation of site investment proposals * Assist the BSM with coordinating timing or logistics of global programs and the site specific requirements * Request local communication changes for the site TRUST DOMAIN * Lead any site TD remediation activities, step-outs, and step-in -Assist the regional Manufacturing Infrastructure Lead (MIL) with TD compliance activities at the site *OTHER : * * * * Serve as the primary site IT telecommunication focal point for trunk radio, network cabling and voice PBX services * Participate in infrastructure and application forums with regional and global peer community * HSE Focal point for BSM and IT contractor service staff. *Skills :* * * The job will cover a wide range of stakeholders and business areas within the site. This requires the capability to manage multiple tasks and have the ability to Network with others and use influence to achieve results.
