Job Title: Business Analyst Locations: Bloomington, IL and Raritan , NJ Project Duration: 3 to 6months but may be extended as per opportunity. • Business Analyst in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. • P&C related qualifications from the III, CII or AICPCU or similar (ICFAI, etc) is of added advantage. • Experience of US market is of added advantage. • Knowledge of Policy Lifecycle processes & operations and/or Invoicing, Disbursements, Commissions, Cash Modules. • Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations. • Defines test conditions and prepare test plans. • Conduct testing based on the plans. • Helps in preparing the User Acceptance Test Plan. • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively. • Should be able to adapt easily to use Clients requirements templates. • Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
