Experience with Vertex (U.S. Sales Tax a must; VAT a plus) 7. Ability to write efficient SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting issues 8. Experience writing BRDs and FSDs 9. Strong communication and analytical skills 10. Working in tandem with project teams and with the business to analyze requirements and provide technical design / solutions to Onshore/Offshore team. Extensive development experience in the design/build of code for the Mainframe applications. Skills must include COBOL JCL DB2 MVS and TSO. Knowelge in CICS would be an added advantage. Experience in Business Analyst is must with knpwledge in Financial Applications. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work with users through full development lifecycle.
