Hands-on quickfixJ configuration, session management and HA implementation experience. BerkelyDB Infinispan Smooks Experience in High-availability design/implementation Business Experience: Trading experience (>3 years) is a very good plus Optional DB Skills (5/10): Oracle or other similar db (NOT DBA) Major "No No": Buzzword Compatibility.
