*Position:* Business/Technical writer *Location:* Madison, WI *Duration:* 6 months The Business/Technical writer will support the Health Care Reform (HCR) project by writing key documentation for both IT and the business. They will be engaged in the HCR Readiness project in business readiness/change management and the HCR Program overall by assisting in the editing and some creation of necessary documentation including, but not limited to, training materials, presentations, communications, business processes flows, and job aides. They will also work with the HCR project specialist to manage and organize various program documents and ensure that documentation is easily accessible and distributed appropriately to the project teams and stakeholders. • Work with team members and business SMEs to assist and support them in writing policy and procedure documents, training materials, and business process flows • Gather documentation from disparate sources and create organized, searchable databases to store materials • Craft standardized documentation that can be utilized by various departments with the organization • Work with Communications Project Manager, business SMEs and IT to create Health Care Reform-related informational material for both internal and external resources • Maintain databases, spreadsheets and files utilizing various desktop software programs. • Helps maintain program or project team SharePoint site when needed • Execute project quality checks of completed deliverables to ensure final documents are checked in to version control and are in the appropriate folders • Supports the project manager and program manager with the maintenance of project documentation, program documentation and deliverables • Acts as scribe in project meetings and publishes meeting minutes as required *QUALIFICATIONS:* • Solid, demonstrated, understanding of standard training and documentation methods • Writing experience required. 2 plus years of training and documentation specific work is preferred • Demonstrated experience creating documentation for complex projects under tight timelines • Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills • Able to foster working relationships with the team and client departments • Persuasive, collaborative business acumen with the ability to interact with the business strategically and influence others • Health Care training or documentation specialist background preferred. • 1 - 2 years project related experience • Background in working with health care or health insurance business leaders Thanks and Regards Sandeep Talent Acquisition Team *Glomark International LLC *Direct: 908-838-4407 Fax: 908-688-8831 Email: [email protected] G-Talk:sandeepglomark YM: mutyala.hemasandeep Notice of Confidentiality: The information contained herein is intended only for the confidential use of the recipient.
