Good operational understanding of gas turbines
Excellent oral and written communication skills to handle communication
with customer

prioritise customer issues

Desired Skills:
Rapport building and call control skills
Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work in global environment

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience with turbomachinery or rotating equipment
1 – 3 years customer service / call center experience
Field service experience on turbines will be an advantage

Education:
B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical

Responsibilities:
Act as customer interface, discussing details of issues and data analysis
Use Client’s knowledgebase and software systems to resolve customer issues
possible at front line level and escalate the unresolved issues to the next
level
Making appropriate entries in the system
Assisting customers professionally and efficiently and ensuring compliance
with all legislative and Client's requirements
Ensuring to meet customer support targets and KPIs
