UCCE, CVP, CTI/CRM integration, Nuance, Exony, Calabrio

Monitor contact center environment

Perform Tier 1 triage on the issues related to UCCE components, Cisco Agent
Desktop (CAD) issues, contact center application issues etc.

Escalate incidents to Tier 2 as appropriate

Report troubles to service provider for circuit and toll-free related issues
