*Job Description :*


   - At least 3 years of P&C experience and 5-7 years of total IT experience
   .
   - Knowledge of US P&C market especially Excess & Surplus market.
   - Prior work experience in policy administration and management mandatory
   .
   - An understanding of ACORD XML, Forms is an added advantage.
   - Elicit requirements using document analysis, requirements workshops,
   business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis.
   - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal
   customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and
   deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements,
   Business Requirements Document, XML mapping.
   - Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a
   thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
   translate them into application and operational requirements.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
   interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
   subject matter experts.
