Strong scripting skills, coding standards, processes Experience in estimation techniques, ROI Analysis and scheduling. Conduct current state assessment of automation and present a roadmap on automation journey. Excellent communication skills, client interfacing skills should drive the roadmap defined with client managers and track it to closure.
