Knowledge of complex Variable Pay and Compensation plan design and
configuration
Knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll processes

expert knowledge of workflow and approvals including:
group build
tree builder
configurable matrix
approval workflow Engine (AWE)
delegation of authority
Experience customizing eCompensation module
Strong technical aptitude with PeopleTools to understand customization
requirements
Strong understanding of latest eCompensation functionality including:
streamlined admin of comp cycles
automation of rounding and proration rules for comp plan funding
automated updates to Job and Variable Comp for approved changes
Manager alerts page providing notification of critical activities
multiple pay proposals easity entered in a grid like table
decision support through embedded metrics
Strong understanding of latest Payroll functionality

*Experience with SDLC type methodologyExperience with design,
configuration, testing, of eCompensation and Payroll*
Strong functional / business knowledge of the Compensation process
Knowledge of best practices for Variable compensation and merit
compensation process.
