*Interview mode: Phone than F2FJob Description:         *Involves
application development, prototyping, modeling and high level technical
consulting.
Perform "what-if" analysis to simulate network stress test and
survivability.
*Predict effects of configuration changes; identify applications
bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance.
Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and
techniques .
Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal
supervision. Follows established directions.

*Basic REQUIREMENTS:*
*Experience with development lifecycle activities analysis, design,
development, integration and implementation of technical solutions.

At least 7 to 10 years of software development experience
*SELECTION CRITERIA: Strong Java/J2EE, Weblogic, JSF, Spring,
JPA/Hibernate, SQL/RDBMS ( or UDB/DB2/Oracle/Sybase), UNIXShell SCRIPTING /
Unix Skills, ClearCase, ANT.
*Hands-on experience with application design
*Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages - ANT
and Shell script
*Experience with change management tools Remedy and Clear Case Experience
in production support activities, which include trouble shooting and data
correction activities.

*Preferred Skills*
*Quick Learner of business and technology.
*Good Analysis skills and ability to multi task.
*Ability to work in a highly dynamic business environment supporting
multiple business partners.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Proactive in nature and good team player.
*Excellent problem-solving, problem-identifying skills.
*Self-motivated individual with high quality solution
*Able to work with limited direction
*Ability to support standard operating hours ( M-F: 9 AM to 6 PM) and shift
work and/or weekend project activities (as needed).
*Technical certifications preferred
*Familiarity with Mortgage Industry

*Position Overview*
The developer is expected to do the following tasks:
*Analyze the requirements
*Develop and document design
*Develop new code/modification existing application code
*Develop application shell scripts, sqls, build and deployment scripts
*Identify environment requirements to meet project development and testing
needs
*Manage code version control
*Coordinate the deployment with deployer on controlled environment and
testing activities with testers.
*Collaborate with the Infrastructure Support, Unix System Administrators
and Database Administrators
*Provide production and post-production support activities
