*Interview mode: PhoneJob Description: *The Developer builds and maintains end-to-end solutions based on marketing requirements. In addition the Developer ensures that the web sites performance metrics meet stated targets. In this role the right candidate will write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices. They will create site layout/user interface by using standard coding practices. This individual will have a good understanding of how to integrate data from various back-end services and databases and be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling our site. It is important for this candidate to stay up to date on emerging technologies/industry trends and be able to apply them into operations and activity. Identify and engage vendors to jointly execute large initiatives.
