*Interview mode: Phone** than Skype* *Job Description: *This position is for those who are capable of creating the most complex programs in development projects as well as maintaining support for existing solutions. Communication skills are also important as those filling this role are responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient systems for small stand-alone projects as well as sub-systems for enterprise software; ability to create detail design documentation with system specifications and architecture diagrams are also needed. Applicants should expect to complete designs, write code, design and perform unit and system testing, integrate multiple vended products, assist the business in training and implementation, provide systems support, and any additional tasks that are assigned by a Project Manager or Lead.
