Position: Post Go-live Support Mgr
Level: Senior
Duration: 12 months
Location: Jackson, MS
Rate: Negotiable + exp
Details:
** SAP employee references preferred but not mandatory
** *Public Sector experience a must.
* ITIL Certified expert on Run SAP. – this is highly preferred but will
consider with strong experience without certification
* 5 Years of experience setting up Post Production Support organizations.
* Specialize in Incident Management best practices.
* Ability to work corroboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* SRM/FI/HCM experience is strongly desired.
Responsibilities:
1) Help develop internal support processes
End users to helpdesk
Trouble shooting, testing and change management related
Incident mgmt & reporting
Escalation processes
Monitoring tools & use
2) Manage external vendor/SI's that may be involved in support process,
including SAP standard support
Contractually
KPIs or metrics
SLAs
3) Promote and measure effective use of good support processes plus
continuous improvements
Maybe some testing assistance
Upgrades and support package oversight (timing, installs,
testing, acceptance, etc)
Maintenance of key third party solutions (tax packages,
currency, etc) tied to core system
