Final Interview - Face-to-Face - Client Basic Requirements: At least 10 years’ experience in supporting large scale and complex technology environments that cut across a large number of application, infrastructure, and organizational functions. The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrate ability to work well with technology organizations; demonstrate analytic abilities relative to solving complex problems and proven critical thinking skills; have strong commitment to customer service and creating “raving fans”; possess a in depth knowledge of various application software, infrastructure software and database management solutions; be flexible and adaptable, adjusting easily to multiple demands and shifting priorities; and show passionate commitment to our BNSF Leadership Model and developing people. RESOURCE MUST HAVE 5+ years Lombardi BPM Administration/Development including the more current IBM WebSphere Lombardi BPM releases. *DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS REQUIREMENT!* This resource would be the Primary Admin for the solution. They will also provide Development guidance or consulting to development teams. Skills and Knowledge: • Candidate will have 10+ years of Distributed Development and Engineering experience including numerous environments and languages. • Experience in architecting, designing, mentoring and strategic planning for multiple tools and environment across a large enterprise. • In depth knowledge of the IBM WebSphere Lombardi BPM solution with a focus on administration and architecture. • In-depth knowledge of a wide variety of application development environments and tools such a Java, C/C++, XML, OOAD, SOA and Middleware technology. • Experience in trouble-shooting complex applications in a primarily Java/AIX/DB2 environment. • Experience with IBM WebSphere Environments a plus • Excellent Communication skills. Position requires interactions with multi-discipline teams (with varying experience levels), as well as other engineering groups. Ability to clearly convey technical issues to developers with a range of skill sets. • Self-starter. Able to handle unstructured, complex projects, familiar with consulting techniques familiar with end-to-end design (EX: client server, object, multi-tier, etc.) and problem solving. • Technical knowledge of client/server architecture, products, and communication protocols is required. • Experience in designing and coding distributed systems, in multi-platform environment (Windows/Linux/zOS). • Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to multi-task. Usually working more than one effort at any one time.
