We are seeking a *Senior Network Architect* to lead all aspects of architecture design, build, test, and installation of Cisco datacenter technology infrastructure platforms for a global financial Fortune 100 company. The architect will leverage past experience and strong communication skills to work closely with the Cisco team in a dynamic customer environment.
*Rate: $75 corp to corp.* *9 -12 months .* *Location: Phoenix, Arizona* 1) Datacenter technologies - Hardware:firewall - Network virtualiztion (vPC, etc) - Fabric Path / DFA - Layer-2 extension technologies (OTV) - High level knowledge of firewall designs - Nice to have: Compute(UCS, VxLAN), Load-balancer technologies, ACI, 95xx, FC, VSS 2) Route/Switch - Platforms: Cat6500, ASR, c3850 - BGP, OSPF - STP - Multicast (PIM, RP, MSDP, IGMP) - QOS - Nice to have: IPv6, Converged access (wired/wireless) 3) Architecture and Engineering skills: - Development of HLD and LLD - Scripting (device configs, TCL/EEM scripting) - In-dept network troubleshooting skills (including sniffer analysis, etc) Required Skills: - Minimum 10 years network architecture and engineering experience within datacenter infrastructure and service delivery environments; - CCIE is highly preferred - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and ability to work unsupervised - Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment - Excellent written and verbal communications skills required - Demonstrated ability to enter a new situation and effect change - Preferred Experience degree or higher -- Regards *Mayank Sharma* Technical Recruiter Sage Group Consulting Inc.
