*Dun & Bradstreet – Parsippany, NJ – Rate:– C2C – F2F will be required
after positive phone interview; locals preferred. Prior D&B work experience
needed.*



   - Work with the requesting business organization, project manager,
   enterprise architect, and other stakeholders to perform early-stage
   business case, feasibility and organizational readiness assessment to
   ensure sufficient return on investment to successfully complete the project
   and perform ongoing business operations; demonstrate a strategic
   perspective and contribute to the Point of Arrival (POA) roadmap.


   - Elicit, analyze, define and document the business strategy and vision
   of key stakeholders through a series of business requirements artifacts,
   including but not limited to: Vision/Scope, Business Process Diagrams,
   Business Requirements Document and Business Use Cases. Establish
   traceability to the business vision through the creation and maintenance of
   a Business Requirements Traceability Matrix.
   - Guide teams in understanding the end-to-end business analysis process,
   roles and expectations in performing activities throughout the lifecycle of
   the project. Apply a structured approach and industry-proven
methodology. Ensure
   change control and change management procedures are followed as they relate
   to business requirements.
   - Provide input into the Project release planning relative to project
   milestones, BA deliverables, dependencies and timelines; Develop and manage
   business requirements to schedule, budget and scope.
   - Actively participate in Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BA
   CoE) initiatives/forums to continuously implement process improvements,
   refine best practices, share knowledge and awareness of industry standards
   and trends in business analysis.



*III. KEY REQUIREMENTS*

   - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology or related
   field is required.
   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project,
   Power Point and Visio.
   - 5-8+ years of prior Business Analysis experience.


   - Excellent communication skills in both the written and verbal form.
   Ability to articulate business requirements in a manner that is clearly
   understood by the project team, unambiguous and capable of being
   implemented and tested.


   - Demonstrated success at effectively facilitating communication within
   a cross-functional global team.
   - Strong negotiation skills in order to prioritize business requirements
   and resolve conflicts among key stakeholders.
   - Must be self-directed, outcome oriented and possess excellent
   follow-up and collaborative skills.
   - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple
   tasks to successful completion.
   - Keen analytical thinker with the ability to actively listen and to ask
   probing and clarifying questions in order to deliver value and meet the
   business need.
   - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
   - Familiarity with Business Requirements Management tools such as DOORS,
   a plus.
