*Duration: 6+ Months* *Interview mode: Phone hire* *Job Description:* *•SAP HR mid-level consultant with proficiency in Compensation module (ECM)* *•Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and support of SAP HCM modules, especially the Compensation sub-module* •Exposure to Full Life Cycle implementations & Application support projects including Blueprinting, conceptual design, configuration, and in depth realization of the project •Strong experience in scripting and performing unit, regression, integration testing, Payroll Compare and assisting the business users for performing acceptance and quality assurance testing •Documents functional specifications and provides support for technical specifications •Experience in configuration of Enterprise Structure & Personnel Structure – Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Employee Group & Employee Subgroup creation •Functional knowledge in Payroll configuration of Payroll Areas, wage types and Basic Pay setup •Integration knowledge of Payroll and Benefits with other HR modules •Working knowledge of HPQC a plus *Job Requirements: * *+5 Years SAP HCM experience.
