*.Net DeveloperLocation: Charlestown, MA* *Duration: 6+* *Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *.Net Developer-* *Seeking a candidate with 5+ years experience in .Net and related Web technologies to architect, design and support complex clinical applications. * Candidate must have extremely strong technical design skills and be able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must strongly participate in all phases of software lifecycle development, particularly in the analysis and design of technical specifications, coding, testing and implementation. This individual will work closely with the project managers, analysts and other staff to assist in the architecture, design and development of various enterprise web-based applications. He/she will also direct and mentor junior level staff on larger projects. The candidate also must provide technical support, and will be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation. Excellent communication and technical writing skills are a must. Activities include meeting with analysts to review and refine business needs, understanding departmental operations, preparing detailed technical designs, working individually and with other programmers to develop code, writing test plans and testing software, supporting implementation, compiling and analyzing data, and providing on-going support.
